Transliteration
l ḥyn bn ʾnʿm bn ys¹mʿl w ḫrṣ {ḏ} b- nbṭ f h yṯʿ rwḥ
Translation
By Ḥyn son of ʾnʿm son of Ys¹mʿl and he was on the look out for him who [had been] in Nabataea and so O Yṯʿ [grant] relief

Interpretation

Commentary
The name of the Nabataean kingdom was Nabaṭū which would, of course, appear in Safaitic as nbṭ indistinguishable in writing from nabaṭī "a Nabataean".
