Transliteration
l ngʾt bn yʿly bn bny w r{ʿ}y h- ḍʾn w ʾs²r[q] f h ds²r s¹lm {m-} ḥ{w}lt w nqʾt l- ḏ {ʿ}(w)r
Translation
By Ngʾt son of Yʿly son of Bny and {he pastured} the sheep and migrated to the inner desert and so O Ds²r [grant] security {from} the {Ḥwlt} and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever {effaces} [the inscription]

Interpretation

Commentary
The inscription which incised in a coil has been badly damaged by abrasions but, with the exception of a few letters is still readable. The author appears to have omitted the q in ʾs²rq.
