Interpretation

Commentary
The first name of the inscription is difficult to make sense of. The second letter looks like a ṣ, but upon close inspection, the apparent join of the bottom fork is actually an unrelated mark on the stone. The final letter looks like a k or possibly a r. Nevertheless, a name of Yʾs¹ʾk or Yʾs¹ʾr would be unlikely. The b of bn is faint and is partially covered by damage.
