Interpretation
- Commentary
- The first name is difficult to make clear sense of. Taking the thick vertical line as the lām auctoris, the first two letters of the name seem to be r and s¹. The following letter is difficult to read and could possibly be a ʾ or a l. Upon close inspection, one can possibly see the upper fork of a ʾ at the top of the letter, so a reading of rs¹{ʾ} has been provided. The name rs¹ʾ has been found once before in WH 1684. After bn fḥm there are two letters that look like a f and a Hismaic d. This seems unlikely, so a reading has not been provided.
