Interpretation

Commentary
The first name is difficult to make clear sense of. Taking the thick vertical line as the lām auctoris, the first two letters of the name seem to be r and s¹. The following letter is difficult to read and could possibly be a ʾ or a l. Upon close inspection, one can possibly see the upper fork of a ʾ at the top of the letter, so a reading of rs¹{ʾ} has been provided. The name rs¹ʾ has been found once before in WH 1684. After bn fḥm there are two letters that look like a f and a Hismaic d. This seems unlikely, so a reading has not been provided.
