Interpretation

Commentary
The second letter of the name is difficult to read. A reading of f is suggested very tentatively, but the apparent f shape (with the 'open side' facing the ṣ) could possibly just be abrasion. The name may continue beyond the second letter of the name, but one cannot see evidence for any other letter within the cartouche.
