l ys¹lm bn grmʾl bn qḥs² bn grmʾl bn ʿwḏn w wgm ʿl- ys¹lm w ʿl- ʾḥlm w ḥḍr h- dr f h lt s¹lm w nqʾt b wdd l- ḏ yʿwr h- s¹fr

OCIANA

Translation

By Ys¹lm son of Grmʾl son of Qḥs² son of Grmʾl son of ʿwḏn and grieved for Ys¹lm and for ʾḥlm and he stayed here near a permanent source of water and so O Lt [grant] security and [inflict] blindness and ejection from the grave by a loved one on whoever scratches out the inscription
