OCIANA
Translation
By Grmʾl son of ʿqrb son of Grmʾl son of Ḫṭs¹t son of Ws¹m of the lineage of Zmr and he felt lonely so, O Gdḍf [grant] security and he helped the goats give birth the year that Bʿls¹mn withheld it [ the rain] from the Province [or region] and O Lt [inflict] ejection from the grave on him who destroys it [the inscription].

AbMNS 2: translation: wa ākṯar aš-šyāh fayā gad ḍayf [īmnaḥ] as¹-s¹alām wa-wald al-miʿzah fī al-sanah alaty manaʿ fīhā baʿl samyn [al-ʾamṭār] ʿala al-madyynah
Commentary
The phrase tʾmr-h wḥd here is puzzling but we suggest interpreting tʾmr on the basis of Classical Arabic taʾmūr "self, soul, human being" (Lane 98a–b) and thus "himself" in the sense of "his feelings", literally "his soul/mind was alone", thus "he felt lonely".
