Translation
By Ḥr son of ʾḥwr of the lineage of Ḥs¹m and may Lat be mindful of our companions and ʾbgr and ʿbdgy and S¹ʿdlh and Ḥd son of {ʿbdmny} and Whblh and Ḥr son of Tm
