Interpretation

Commentary
The prongs of the ḏ and one fork of the ʾ have been infilled. The n of the bn is a dot and rather doubtful and the penultimate letter is inscribed rather high up with the arms attached to the back of the d. The loop of the d has been filled in.

32º 10' 55.71" N 39º 07' 50.23" A place some 3 km south-west of Al-Ṣafawī where the road to Al-Azraq crosses the the Wādī al-Ṣafawī, to the north of the road.
