Transliteration
l ʾnʿm bn ġṯ bn s²hm w wrd h- ʾḍyt h- ʿwḏy f bʿls¹mn ġyrt w s¹lm m- s²ny
Translation
By ʾnʿm son of Ġṯ son of S²hm and he came to water at this watering place of the ʿwḏites and so Bʿls¹mn [grant] abundance and security from enemies

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
MSNS 1: "and he went down to the stagnating water of the people of the tribe ʿwḏ. O Bʿls¹mn [give] relief and peace from enemies"
Commentary
Note the use of s²ny rather than the more usual s²nʾ.
