Translation
Byʿwḏ son of Nks¹ son of [ʿ]mrt son of Ḫrg son of Bḥrmh son of Rfʾt was here and O Yṯʿ blind whoever scratches out [the inscription]

Interpretation

Commentary
The genealogies in KRS 1289 and 1830 show that the third name here was ʿmrt.
