Translation

By Bny son of S²mt son of Ḥr son of Ḫlf of the lineage of Hms¹r and he pastured the sheep seven years for Mġyr and O god of the ḥarrah [grant] abundance from who is suffering from lack of milk and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever scratches out this carving
