l hnf bn ʿbd bn ḥr bn ḥṯmt bn ʾnʿm w ts²wq ʾl- ḫrf f h lt w bʿls¹mn qbll w ġnyt mn rʿyt w ʿwr ḏ- yʿwr h- s¹fr
Translation
By Hnf son of ʿbd son of Ḥr son of Ḥṯmt son of ʾnʿm and he longed for Ḫrf. So, O Lt and Bʿls¹mn [show] benevolence and booty from pasturing and blindness on whoever scratches out the inscription
