Translation
By Mrʾ son of S²ḥtr son of ʾs¹ḫr and he grieved for Ms¹k and for ʾbgr and for Rġḍ and for Ṣʿd and for Gml and so O Lt [grant] security to whoever leaves [the inscription] untouched
