Littmann 1943: l ḥbt bn mṯ(l) w h m(l)(k) w rḍw ʿgl trans. 'By Ḥbt son of {Mṯl} and O {Mlk} and Rḍw, [make] speed!'

mwl: Littmann's reading of mlk is impossible; there is no basis to the reading of a k and it would, moreover, come before the putative l. Mwl is previously attested as an imperative verb, meaning 'make abundant' (SafDict, 101). In Is.K 196, it occurs alongside the adverb ʿgl (see below), suggesting they are part of a formulaic expression. A verbal understanding in the present context is not possible. Rather, it seems to be a divine epithet.
ʿgl: Littmann understood this as a verb meaning 'make speed.' It is more likely that the request for help is implied by an invocation to the god of abundance and, therefore, we may sustain the adverbial understanding of ʿgl, which is well attested.
