Translation
By Mnʿm son of S¹wdn son of Nḫr son of Ġṣb son of S¹lm son of S¹fd and he pastured on spring herbage with a raided camel and so O Yṯʿ [grant] security and O Yṯʿ help Mnʿm and his companions against enemies and O Lt [inflict] dearth on whoever scratches out [the inscription] and protect people from whoever is here

Interpretation

Commentary
We have taken ġzz as a passive participle, ġazīz, that is a camel which has been taken in a raid. It is very unusual for the author to mention his own name — "Mnʿm and his companions" —in a prayer of this sort, and the final part of the prayer is difficult to interpret, so the translation here is offered tentatively.
