Translation
By {Mṣʿr} son of Ms¹k son of Ġyrʾl and he grieved for {ʾbgr} the year {Whbʾl} was appointed {commander}

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
WH 18: gʿṣr...hbgr s¹nt ngy dbhl ʾdy; translation starting from s¹nt: "the year Whbʾl saved Hdy"
Commentary
The second letter looks like a g but cf. the m of wgm. The first letter of ʾbgr is carved as a h; whbʾl is written dbhl, and hdy is written ʾdy. See commentary of WH 15 on the translation of ngy hdy.
