Translation
By Mty son of ʾs¹ son of ʿm and he was on the lookout and oh Lt, [grant] booty and security and blindness to whoever damages [the inscription].

Interpretation

Provenance
This is a large area including most of the Ruḥbah and the eastern edge of the Ṣafā. Unfortunately C does not supply any further information on the provenance of this inscription and, to the best of our knowledge, the area has not been revisited. However note that C 296–298 were rediscovered on the summit of Jabal Says.
