Transliteration
l ʾḏnt bn ḫlf bn ḥ--- ʾṭfl w ʾs²rq f h gdḍf s¹lm
Translation
By ʾḏnt son of Ḫlf son of Ḥ---- rain showers and he migrated to the inner desert and so O Gdḍf [grant] security

Interpretation

Commentary
Unfortunately, there is a gap of several letters between the last letter of the genealogy and the ʾ of ʾṭfl. We have taken the latter as the plural of ṭafal "a rain shower" (cf. Lane 1860c).

Provenance
WH Cairn 15 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
