Translation
By S¹lm son of ʾgʾ son of ʾlh son of Hʾs¹ son of Zgr and he grieved for his companions the year that {Kmn} was killed and he pastured the inner desert ----

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
WH: w n{s¹}{ʾ} ʾbʿr "and {guarded camels}" at the end.
Commentary
Apart from the r, the final letters have been hammered over but there is not sufficient space for the four letters WH restore

Provenance
WH Cairn 17 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
