Interpretation

Commentary
WH misread the third name as s¹bʿʾl and their copy of the last bn + name is inaccurate. The s¹ is exactly the same as that in s¹bʿʾl

Provenance
WH Cairn 17 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
