Interpretation

Commentary
The third and penultimate letters have a clear curve at the top which the lām auctoris does not. They are therefore probably to be read as r. Rare names with clear final ʿ do occur (e.g qdmʿ in MSTJ 1) so it may not be “an unintentional mark” as suggested by WH
