Translation
By Ṯlṯt daughter of Ḥr and she was menstruating and so O lt, [grant] relief and security and ----.

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
WH: l ṯnyt bnt ḥr{m} ḥyḍt f h lt rwḥ w s¹lm "By Ṯnyt daughter of {Ḥrm} a menstruating woman and so O lt, [grant] relief and health"
Commentary
The author carved her patronym twice, once starting above the t of bnt (marked by <<>> in the transliteration) and the second time below the t. Unfortunately, the final word (not read by WH) is impossible to make out on the photographs.

Provenance
WH Cairn 22 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
