Translation
By Whb {son of} {Qyn} of the lineage of Kkb and {he was on a raid} so, {O} Lt [grant] {security} and booty

Interpretation

Commentary
The text is fairly lightly incised and is crossed by many scratches. Some of the letters are crudely formed, such as the w following kkb and the ḍ, if that is what it is, and the s¹ of s¹lm.

Provenance
WH Cairn 22 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
