Commentary
This text was published as WH 1748 a and WH 1748 b. It was badly carved and has been vandalized by the addition of many joins making it difficult to read with any certainty. There are many scratches and a few letters on the rest of the rock.

Provenance
WH Cairn 23 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
