Interpretation

Commentary
See WH's commentary to this text and Macdonald 1993: 348 n. 288: on names with ʿzy in Safaitic and Nabataean. The word frs¹ can of course mean "horse" or "horseman".

Provenance
WH Cairn 23 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
