The inscription is covered with scratched lines and abrasions. It is on flat surface at the top of the rock with WH 1820–1822 on one side.

Provenance
WH Cairn 23 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
