Commentary
Like WH 1827, this text is an face adjoining that bearing WH 1762. The final n on the last name can be clearly seen on the photographs.

Provenance
WH Cairn 23 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
