Translation
By Wrd son of Qdmt son of Kʿmh and he grazed on the isolated rugged mountain nqwy which had become tall like salaʿ

Interpretation

Commentary
The end of the text is very faint on the photo. According to Musil (1928: 684) ẓelʿ (< ḍlʿ) is "an isolated rugged mountain", see also Groom 1983: 77.
