l nġbr bn ʾṣlḥ w qrb brkt w ʾḫs¹f nʿm s¹nt bʿls¹my
Translation
By Nġbr son of ʾṣlḥ. He settled at Brkt and the soft tracts of Nʿm the year of Bʿls¹my

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
WH 2411: s¹nt bʿls¹my "the year he married S¹my" for s¹nt bʿls¹my "the year of Bʿls¹my".
Commentary
Although there is considerable variation in the forms of the b's in the texts the shape of r remains constant. Thus the verb must be qrb not qrr. On brkt see See Macdonald 1992: 27–30. For ʾḫs¹f compare Classical Arabic aḫāsīf (sg. ḫasfah) "soft tracts of land. s¹nt bʿls¹my either refers to a special festival for the god, or to a year of particularly good rainfall.

Provenance
WH Cairn 34 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
