Interpretation
- Commentary
- Several of the letters have been carefully altered by a "vandal" to make them different from those of the original inscription. Thus, both examples of b have been turned into k by the addition of a side-stroke, the ends of the fork of the first h have been joined to make it into a y, a horizontal stroke has been added to the end of the stem of the second h making it into a cross between a h and a z, and a short side-stroke has been added to the end of the final letter to change it from a y to a ṣ. There are some stray letters on the rock which do not seems to be inscriptions.
- Provenance
