Interpretation

Commentary
On one of the BES18 photographs where the edge of the stone has been lightened it looks as though the text continues onto this face, and that it may be by a woman.

Provenance
WH Cairn 39 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
