Commentary
On WH's copy there is what looks like a ʿ after the second letter but on the photograph it can be seen that this is damage to the stone.

Provenance
WH Cairn 39 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
