l mlkt bn s¹rk bn ʾṣhb w h rḍw s¹ʿd -h m- s²nʾ ġnmt m- rhy w nbṭ w ḥwlt
Translation
By Mlkt son of S¹rk son of ʾṣhb and, O Rḍw, help him against enemies through spoil from Rhy and the Nabataeans and Ḥwlt.

There is absolutely nothing between s²nʾ and ġnmt unless one line of the ʿdoubleʾ ġ is a f.
