Commentary
The third letter has been hammered over but may be a q. The ḃ of ḃny has a dot only smaller than the ʿ of the first name in it.

Provenance
WH Cairn 46 and this inscription were rediscovered and photographed by the Badia Epigraphic Survey in 2018 and the co-ordinates given are exact.
