Interpretation

Commentary
The first b is most likely dittography. The inscription concludes with a lightly scratched ṭ, which if not dittography, may be the common suffix -t, which has then shifted to ṭ (assimilation) under the influence of the previous consonant. The spread of emphasis is not a regularly observed phenomenon in Safaitic.
