OCIANA
Translation
By ʿḏ son of Ḥr son of Ḥny son of Bʿḏyh and he pastured {and} he went to water at BKRT and some camels crossed the soft tracts of Ḥwl and escaped [or He made some camels cross...and they escaped]. So, O lt, [grant] relief!
