TEXT Harding & Littmann: mṯr for mgd. DISCUSSION King (1990: 651) commented: "My field copy has bʿ for m but I think the letter is probably a m as in TIJ, the circle taken as an ʿ being recent and obscuring the inner part of the letter. The next letter is a d after which there appears to be a ṣ and l. They might belong to the text and perhaps the former should be emended to ʾ and the name read as mgd(ʾ)l".
