l s¹ny bn khl bn s¹ny bn mḥlm w {ḫ}rṣ h- s²ḥṣ f h {s²}{ʿ}hqm ġnyt w qbll w {w}gd ʾṯr ʾs²yʿ -h

OCIANA

Translation

By S¹ny son of Khl son of S¹ny son of Mḥlm and he kept watch some camels were without milk. So, O S²ʿhqm [grant] abundance and may there be a reunion with him and he found the traces of his companions
