Translation
By S²dq son of {S²hyt} son of ʾs¹ son of Ḥg son of S²bḥr son of Grmʾl son of ʿbṭ and he camped in the valley during the {rising} of Aries while migrating and kept watch so, O S²ʿhqm, let there be relief from that which is watched against so that he may be secure, and blind him who would efface this writing
