Translation
By Ṣrmt son of ʿbd son of Ṣʿd son of ʿḏ son of S²rb and he recognized another of {the} carvings {alas} and so despair for those who remain and so O Lt [grant] revenge on him who has committed this act [requiring vengeance] and [inflict] blindness on whoever {scratches out} [the inscription]
