By {ʾys¹} son of S¹krn son of Rbḥ {son of} ʿbd and he grieved in pain for Ṣfwn {and} {for} {Nr} {and} he remained at permanent water and so O Lt [grant] {security} and [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever {scratches out} the carving
