OCIANA
Translation
By Ṣḥb son of Bʿr son of {Zbdʾl} son of S²mt and he grieved for Ḫlf and so O {Lt} [grant] security {to} whoever {leaves [the inscription] untouched} and he camped here returning to water from the inner desert and he spent the season of the later rains and so O Lt [inflict] ejection from the grave {on} whoever scratches out the carving
