Translation
By Ḥy son of Rbḥ son of Ġyrʾl son of ʿbd son of ʾs¹d and he grieved for {his} {companions} {who were lost} and so O Lt [grant] {security} to whoever leaves [the inscription] intact and {blind} whoever scratches out the inscription
