By Ẓnʾl son of Ḍhd son of Ḍhd son of ʾnʿm son of Ḍhd son of Wʿl son of Rbn and ---- and Bʾḫh {and} he was sick with grief for Grmʾl and for S²ʿb and O {Lt} {blind} whoever scratches out [the inscription]
