Interpretation
- Apparatus Criticus
- NSR: ʾkm for s¹{n}m and gḥs² h rgm for g + ḥ + l {f} {ʾ}rgm. JaS 51: s¹nnm for s¹{n}m; gns²ʾ bn glm for g+ ḥ + l {f} {ʾ}rgm.
- Commentary
- The g's in this text are circles with an additional curve attached so that they look like unfinished w's. The additional curve in the second g might have been added in order to join the letter to the following m. The additional curve in the first g however does not attach the letter to another one. The ḥ of the name after ʿl is written above the the line of the text and was presumably added later by the inscriber of the text. Below it is a horizontal line which might have been the start of his initial attempt to add the letter which he abandonned because he thought there was not room to complete it.
