Translation

By Ḃnt son of Ḍhd son of Ẓnʾl son of Ḍhd son of ʾnʿm son of Wʿl son of Kn and he was on the look out and so O Lt and O Bʿls¹mn and O Gdwhbʾl [grant] security and booty to whoever leaves [the inscription intact]
