Translation

By ʿzz son of Mḥlm son of Ḥn son of Mḥlm son of ʾḏnt son of Wrd son of Nġbr and he was on the look-out for enemies. ---- to whoever leaves [the inscription] untouched---- to whoever leaves [the inscription intact] and [inflict] blindness and lameness on whoever scratches out the carving
