Commentary
The fourth letter is damaged and although the damage is in the shape of an ʾ it is possible the letter should be read as a r or possibly a l. The second letter of the second name could be a r and the second letter of the third name is a slightly wavy line and it is possible it should be read as a s² or a f. The rock is damaged above the inscription and it seems likely that there were other letters probably belonging to another inscription which are no longer legible.
