Interpretation

ThNSSMAS: as ThNSM.III ThNSM.III 6: [l] ʾnʿm ḏ- ʾl ḥbb w {ḍ}bʾ f h ds²r ġnmt w----
Commentary
It seems most likely the beginning and the end of the inscription are written on another face. The copy in ThNSSMAS has a grid for the letter ḍ but it is clear in the photograph in ThNSM.III that the ḍ is two concentric circles.
